Rybar Forces. 🇷🇺🇺🇦 Slobozhanske direction:Situation as of 15:00 on August 12, 2024 In addition to unleashing fighting on the territory of Kursk region, the AFU is again trying to break into Belgorod region from the direction of the Kolotilovka checkpoint. ▪️Several groups of at least 30 saboteurs supported by a tank and an APC engaged Russian border guards, but were forced to withdraw after suffering significant losses. According to reports from the field, there was no breakthrough of the border. Russian reserves have been pulled to the area of fighting and are preparing for another attack by the AFU, this time more serious. ▪️The building of the checkpoint was recently completely burned down as a result of a Ukrainian drone strike. Since 2022, this is where the exchange of prisoners and bodies of the dead with the Ukrainian side took place. Now the work of the checkpoint has been stopped for an indefinite period of time.
