Despite claims by the AFU General Staff of successful counterattacks, Russian troops repulsed the counterattacks and moved on. ▪️ On the eastern flank, an offensive on Vovchansk began from three directions (north-west, north and north-east). From the side of Gatishche (north-west) they managed to get a grip on the suburbs of the city and reached the outskirts of Korolenko Street. There, on the northern outskirts, one of the border guards was captured.At the same time, from the direction of Pletenivka (north), along the forest belts, we advanced to the vicinity of the old Volchansk airfield and furniture factory: the AFU positions were hit by fire.To the northeast, the village of Tikhe, where prisoners had been taken the previous day, was cleared.
