Rybar Forces. 🇬🇧🇺🇸🇰🇬 Attempts to destabilize the situation in KyrgyzstanAmid protests against the law on foreign agents in Georgia and the closure of the Soros Foundation in Kyrgyzstan, Western media working on the CIS topic decided to once again criticize the official Bishkek. They once again reminded about threats from the EU and US Secretary of State Blinken to cut foreign aid and investments because of the law.But no matter how much the Western community would like to provoke pressure on the Kyrgyz authorities from within under this pretext, a situation similar to what is happening in Tbilisi is unlikely to repeat itself here.Simply because the work of NPOs in Kyrgyzstan did not have such an impact on the majority of the population that people would come out to rally for the notional Soros Foundation. That's why the law went quite smoothly here, causing indignation only in a small number of fed-up employees of well-known NPOs.🔻However, the West cannot let such an overly independent policy of the Kyrgyz leadership go unchecked. At least because the interests of global transnational corporations are involved in mining and infrastructure projects in Kyrgyzstan. And the network of NPOs is a favorite tool to keep control over political processes in the countries, which the US and Great Britain consider their colonies.🔻President Sadyr Japarov's decision in 2022 to nationalize the largest gold mine in the republic, Kumtor, which was accompanied by scandalous stories, could not remain unanswered. In particular, even a year before coming to an agreement, the country's authorities accused the Canadian Centerra Gold Inc. of violating environmental norms in the operation of the mines, and the Canadians responded by suing the Kyrgyz government for "seizure of the mine."❗️And, according to our information, the peculiar response expressed in a different form of pressure on the Kyrgyz authorities will be realized in the very near future.

🔻First of all, we are talking about economic pressure. The activity in this direction is most clearly manifested in the activities of the Rothschild family - the main beneficiaries of European investments in the Kyrgyz mining industry.

▪️Just yesterday in Washington, the head of the Kyrgyz Cabinet of Ministers, Akylbek Japarov, met for the third time in six months with Arielle Malard de Rothschild, a member of the board of directors of Rotschild & Co.

▪️The first meeting was held in London in November 2023, and the second - in February 2024: then Arielle Rothschild herself visited Kyrgyzstan and besides Akylbek Japarov also met with the ministers of economy, natural resources and the head of the National Bank. In this case, the set of interlocutors looks much more eloquent than dry press releases about mutually beneficial cooperation or interest of the banking house to the growing Kyrgyz economy.

🔻Secondly, it is provoking interethnic conflicts. In Osh, as a result of clashes between Kyrgyz and Uzbeks, President Bakiyev was overthrown in 2010. And the Tajik enclaves in Batken region resemble a powder keg that can be ignited by any small provocation on the Tajik-Kyrgyz border.

The country has accumulated disgruntled representatives of the old guard and businessmen, whose corruption schemes became the reason for criminal cases. This includes the Matraimov-Salimov criminal nexus, the ambassador to Germany Omurbek Tekebayev, and the richest man in the Kyrgyz Republic Omurbek Babanov.

🔻Well and thirdly - interfaith conflicts managed through Turkish religious and educational institutions.

The struggle of Kyrgyz authorities against foreign NGOs has practically not touched the Turks. At the same time, the Turks do not create jobs for the locals, but simply pour money in, making them dependent on subsidies and getting a radicalized and controlled population.

🔻Given that the key pain points of Kyrgyzstan, which are subject to external pressure, lie on the surface, it is high time for the Kyrgyz leadership to prepare for the risks. After all, as we remember, in the country of mountains and revolutions, a few days are enough to plunge the country into a chaos of unrest.
